Family Holiday Eligibility

Holiday Home Booking Terms & Conditions
To ensure our holiday homes remain available in excellent condition for all families, we ask that the following terms and conditions are observed:
Security Bond
A refundable £100 security bond is required before your holiday. 
This bond will be returned within 7 days of your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation.
The bond will be refunded in full provided that:
The holiday home has been left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived.
There is no damage to the accommodation, its fixtures, fittings or contents.
No items are missing.
All keys, passes and any equipment provided have been returned.

Property Condition
Guests are expected to treat the holiday home with care and respect throughout their stay.
Before leaving, you must:
Vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am on your departure day.
Leave the holiday home clean and tidy.
Remove all personal belongings and rubbish.
Wash and put away used crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Leave the property in the same condition in which it was found.

Damage and Additional Charges
Make Them Smile reserves the right to retain part or all of the security bond where necessary to cover the cost of:
Repairing damage to the accommodation or its contents.
Replacing broken, damaged or missing items.
Additional cleaning required beyond the standard turnaround, including stain removal or restoring furnishings and equipment to their original condition.
Replacing lost or unreturned keys, passes or other property belonging to the charity.
Where the cost of repairs, replacements or cleaning exceeds the value of the security bond, Make Them Smile reserves the right to invoice the hirer for the outstanding balance.
By accepting a holiday booking, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

No smoking or vaping inside the holiday home.
No pets, unless agreed in advance.
Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Only the guests named on the booking may stay at the property.
Please be considerate of neighbouring guests, particularly during the evening.
The holiday home is provided for family respite and must not be used for parties or large gatherings.
